My period came and we are really disappointed.... especially me..
But we will continue to try, and we will continue to seek St. Gerard's divine intervention.
Perhaps my job is too stressful (I even sleep-talk about it) and I was not ready for a baby and God knows that. But we want so badly to complete our family, and I look forward to my first baby.
We continue to seek God's help and everyone's prayers.
Thank you... |

I'm sorry this was not your month. You remain in my prayers. I do believe stress can impact fertility. Maybe looking into relaxation techniques (or finding another job) will help. _________________ -Cheryl

| I definitely know that wanting to have a baby is so stressful and exhausting in itself. Just remember that God has a plan for you and your husband and when He feels your body is ready to carry a healthy baby, He will bless you with a child. Keep praying to St. Gerard, it really helps! |

Thanks for all your prayers. Really really appreciate it.
We suspect that I was probably almost pregnant or something but lost the foetus due to stress.
I'm trying really hard to lessen my stress now. It's difficult..... I put lots of personal emotions into my job. I am a school teacher and also a school leader so my responsibilities at work are quite high. Stress levels in secondary schools are extremely high and now I'm just trying to let go of all my frustrations.
Well, now I try to leave my work behind when I pack up for the day. It's not always easy (cos my email is always up and my phone's switched on almost 24 hrs a day)....... but my husband and I do attend Novena devotions and pray each night as well together.
Thanks for keeping us in your prayers as well. Let's hope for good news soon!
Keeping my fingers crossed! |

Stress is a tough one. My mom is a retired teacher (7th & 8th grade) so I know it is hard for good teachers to shut off the work stuff. We had more than a few "strays" come home with her over the years.
Having said that, it might be worth finding other ways to manage the stress. For some people, exersize works. Some do meditation. Lots of different ways to try to better process it so you will be healthier. _________________ -Cheryl
